Lead and scale a growing Product Design organization across multiple customer-facing experiences. Drive design quality, strengthen design systems, improve team processes, and foster a customer-centric design culture throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale a growing Product Design organization across multiple customer-facing experiences
- Drive design quality, strengthen design systems, and improve team processes
- Mentor and guide designers to elevate their craft and career growth
- Champion the value of design across the organization, working seamlessly with Engineering, Product, and Data leads
- Evolve the design system to support rapid scaling, maintaining consistency and quality across a growing product suite
- Help establish and refine design processes, from discovery to delivery, ensuring the team operates with speed and precision
Requirements
- 7+ years of Product Design experience
- 2+ years leading, managing, or mentoring designers
- Proven experience delivering complex consumer-facing digital products across mobile and web
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX, visual design, interaction design, systems thinking, and strategic problem solving
- Expertise with Figma and modern product design workflows
- Deep understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, responsive design, and mobile UX best practices
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments
