Senior Motion Graphic Designer

Design and produce high-quality motion graphics for in-arena displays, social media, and digital platforms across all Player 15 Group properties. Manage the production workflow, including the creation of motion templates and the oversight of freelance designers and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality motion graphics for in-arena videoboards, LED displays, live events, broadcast, social media, and digital platforms
- Execute motion creative within established brand guidelines
- Develop motion templates, animation systems, and reusable assets to improve production efficiency
- Adapt and prepare creative for multiple in-arena display formats
- Contribute to a wide range of motion design initiatives
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in motion graphics
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud products
- Experience with project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, etc.
- Strong team player able to collaborate with a team of creatives
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
