Responsibilities
- Owning and driving the end-to-end design process for new features and product improvements
- Partnering with Product Managers, Engineers, and Product Designers to translate business and user needs into intuitive solutions
- Leading user research and usability testing to validate concepts and surface insights
- Evolving and maintaining the design system to keep the product visually consistent and scalable
- Bringing fresh thinking by staying current with UX and UI trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
- 2 to 4 years of experience in user-centered design
- Strong portfolio of thoughtful, effective digital experiences
- Proficiency in Figma, including design systems and Auto Layout
- Experience with user research, interviews, and usability testing
- Ability to communicate and defend design decisions
- Sharp eye for detail and solid grasp of interaction design, accessibility, and responsive design
