Responsibilities
- Serve as the focal point for initial unit contact to Management, Project Managers, and other internal constituents
- Direct/assign work to the unit to balance activities between work groups
- Maintain responsibility for the unit's quality and establish and enforce quality standards
- Accept unit's responsibility of budget and schedule for assigned projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited university
- Typically requires a minimum of 6 years of engineering experience, including experience supporting the nuclear power industry
- 2+ years of leadership experience for Manager role
- PE License is required
- Ability to gain and maintain unescorted access at nuclear sites
