Associate Web Designer

The Associate Web Designer is responsible for designing and executing high-impact marketing websites and digital experiences. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business goals and user needs into intuitive web experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute marketing websites, landing pages, and digital experiences that support conversion and brand engagement
- Translate marketing goals, user needs, and business requirements into intuitive, visually compelling UI/UX solutions
- Manage multiple design requests at once, balancing speed, quality, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand ICP goals and ensure alignment with content and messaging
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and contribute to the evolution of the website design system through iteration and feedback
- Apply website best practices, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles across all digital experiences
- Use data, user insights, and performance metrics to iterate and optimize designs for usability and conversion
- Participate in design reviews and provide thoughtful feedback to peers, incorporating feedback received into your own work
- Produce and implement end-to-end web design deliverables, including wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs aligned to specs, prototypes, and web assets
- Support no-code implementation and publishing in WordPress, including asset preparation, QA, and close collaboration with Development and Marketing teams throughout the launch process
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills
- Excellent proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite design tools
- Demonstrated experience as a web, brand, or digital designer
- Expertise designing responsive, mobile-first marketing website designs with a conversion-focused mindset
- Portfolio demonstrating the ability to turn complex information and data into clean and visually compelling designs
