[Produto] Product Designer Pleno

The Product Designer will work within the Design & UX Chapter, focusing on the Customer Journey and collaborating with Product Owners and Team Leaders to enhance products and systems. Responsibilities include managing the design process from discovery to delivery, ensuring usability and accessibility, and facilitating collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Act from end to end in the design process (discovery, research, ideation, prototyping, validation, delivery, and metrics)
• Work in partnership with PO, TL, and internal stakeholders to understand needs, map journeys, and transform complex processes into simple, intuitive, and efficient solutions
• Propose new functionalities and solutions for internal and external clients, observing usability and accessibility premises and best practices
• Identify usability problems, create hypotheses, and conduct tests to solve these problems in a way that really meets user needs

Requirements

• Formation: Superior Completo (design, communication, technology, or other)
• Experience as a Product Designer in IT companies with a focus on digital product development
• Capacity to navigate complex scenarios, translating business rules into clear and functional flows
• Domination in Figma and FigJam
• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Experience with agile squads
• Knowledge of Design System and component creation
• Dominion over CSD matrix, interview script, ideation workshop, information architecture, wireframe, navigable prototype, validation, usability test
