Lead and execute research projects ensuring sound research methodology and analysis with little to no oversight. Analyze research study responses and develop key findings and recommendations for customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute research projects ensuring sound research methodology and analysis
- Work closely with customers to plan research projects
- Provide support to customers throughout the research planning, execution, and delivery process
- Create Toplines, Scorecards, Executive Summaries, Final Reports, Slide Decks, etc.
- Analyze research study responses from participant videos and transcripts, surveys, and other study data
Requirements
- 7+ years working in a qualitative research role
- Expertise with data collection, analysis, and interpretation
- Expertise leading complex, multi-faceted research projects
- Knowledge of the end-to-end research lifecycle
- Prior success maintaining strong relationships with customers, vendors, and team members
- High attention to detail and ability to recognize patterns and anomalies in qualitative and/or quantitative data
