The Senior Researcher is responsible for planning, executing, and synthesizing research to create actionable insights for the cross-functional product development team. This role involves conducting various research projects and supporting product teams throughout the research project life cycle.
Responsibilities
- Conduct and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research projects
- Utilize both quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Support Principal and Lead Researchers with research requests
- Support product teams throughout the research project life cycle
- Assist the broader Product Research team in keeping our ongoing research library up-to-date and comprehensive
Requirements
- 4 year degree in Anthropology, Social Science, Design Research, Psychology or related field OR 5-7 years of experience practicing UX design research for digital product teams
- Experience in Lean UX Research methods
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Genuine curiosity about people and experiences
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- A strong ability to tell compelling stories from data
- Comfortable with ambiguity and the ability to prioritize
