As a Senior UX Researcher, you will lead user research for mid-size and complex projects, ensuring designs are user-centred and aligned with business strategies. You will also coach and mentor colleagues while promoting user research guidelines and standards across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the scoping, direction, and planning of user research for mid-size and complex projects
- Oversee and execute user research activities across the business area
- Make project- and programme-level research decisions
- Collaborate closely across design disciplines and other functions
- Create, evolve, and promote user research guidelines and standards
Requirements
- Strong understanding of user-centred design
- Comprehensive knowledge of user research methods and practices
- Experience delivering user research for mid-size and complex projects
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong stakeholder management
