UX Designer, Senior

The Senior UX Designer will contribute to projects across the product lifecycle, applying UX/UI skills to support product development. They will collaborate with various stakeholders to design user experiences that address user needs and improve product goals.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to projects across the product lifecycle, from concept and discovery through production, with guidance from leads
- Apply a range of UX/UI skills, including user research, wireframing, and high-fidelity prototyping, to support product development
- Collaborate with product, business, and engineering partners to support UX sprint planning and execution
- Contribute to UX strategy efforts and help align design solutions to user and business needs
- Design thoughtful user experiences that address both explicit user needs and potential opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- At least 5 years relevant UX, Product, Research or Design experience
- Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Competency in any of the other design disciplines - User Research/User Testing, Visual Design, Motion Design, Human Factors Engineering
- Experience in the health or wellness industry, a plus
- Experience on teams shipping digital product, a plus
