Own the end-to-end product design process, from concept through launch. Collaborate with founders, engineering, and customers to create intuitive products that address meaningful problems.
Responsibilities
- Own Product Design End-to-End: Lead the design process from concept through launch
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Design intuitive user experiences that simplify complex workflows
- Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation
- Partner with Customers: Conduct user interviews and usability testing
- Gather customer feedback and translate insights into product improvements
- Develop a deep understanding of user needs, pain points, and workflows
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional UX, visual design, and systems thinking
- Experience designing complex SaaS, B2B, AI, developer, or workflow-based products
- Expertise with Figma and modern design tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
