Lead the design and innovation of next-generation sortation and transportation systems, focusing on material flow and site layout. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver cost-effective, high-quality engineering solutions for distribution centers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate design and innovation efforts to develop optimal solutions for the sortation and transportation network
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to generate high-quality, cost-effective solutions
- Simultaneously manage multiple projects and tasks while effectively influencing, negotiating, and communicating with internal and external business partners, contractors, and vendors
- Provide technical leadership for large-scale engineering projects
Requirements
- Experience in Design/Innovation, research & development, manufacturing, process, industrial engineering, or related work
- Experience in management of engineering design projects
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of Design/Innovation, research & development, manufacturing, process, industrial engineering, or related experience
