The Staff Product Designer will work end-to-end, engaging with users to understand their needs and translating those insights into simple, effective designs. This role emphasizes collaboration with engineering and product teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities
- Work end-to-end spending real time talking to the people who use what you build
- Extracting what they can't quite articulate, then turning it into something so simple and obvious it disappears into the work
- Peer to engineering and product directors
- The design conscience of the whole area
- Build and ship
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Product Design
- Fluency in English
- Expertise in traditional design tools such as Figma
- Integration of AI-first workflows using Claude, Gemini, Stitch or any other AI agents
- Strategic thinking
- Leadership in collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Experience working with data, business KPIs, and success metrics
