Lead and execute research projects while ensuring sound research methodology and analysis. Collaborate with customers to plan and deliver research projects, analyze data, and present findings.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute research projects ensuring sound research methodology and analysis
- Work closely with customers to plan research projects according to customer requirements, timelines, and business goals
- Provide support to customers throughout the research planning, execution, and delivery process
- Analyze research study responses from participant videos and transcripts, surveys, and other study data
- Mentor and coach analysts and more junior researchers on the UX Research Team
Requirements
- 7+ years working in a qualitative research role
- Expertise with data collection, analysis, and interpretation
- Knowledge of the end-to-end research lifecycle
- High attention to detail and ability to recognize patterns and anomalies in qualitative and/or quantitative data
- Comfort presenting your own research and research prepared by others to senior-level stakeholders
- Graduate degree in psychology, research methods, human computer interaction, sociology, or related field
