Hybrid Full-time Senior

Lead the design vision and lifecycle for interactive products that blend digital and physical play experiences. Manage project milestones, guide multidisciplinary teams, and advocate for interaction design culture within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop interactive play experiences combining digital and physical elements
  • Lead and manage designers within multidisciplinary and agile product development environments
  • Translate design briefs and strategic choices into understandable objectives and actions
  • Establish strong and effective partnerships with project leadership and across the product development cycle

Requirements

  • Professional experience in interaction design, UX, or related disciplines
  • Strong expertise in prototyping, user-centered design, and translating creative concepts into successful interactive play experiences
  • Systems thinking and experience developing scalable or systemic design solutions
  • Experience leading and mentoring designers within multidisciplinary and agile product development environments
