Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end user research — interviews, usability testing, surveys
- Build and maintain a standing customer panel to continuously inform product direction
- Define user journeys, flows, wireframes, and interaction concepts
- Translate research insights into validated design directions
- Use AI tools actively in your workflow — research synthesis, rapid ideation, prototype generation, content drafting
Requirements
- 5+ years of product or UX design experience, with a clear research experience
- Strong experience planning and conducting research independently
- Ability to structure and synthesise research into actionable insights
- Fluency with AI tools in a design workflow
- Proficiency in Figma — components, auto layout, prototyping
