The Sr. Design Manager will lead the strategic planning and execution of coolant-related initiatives while overseeing the development of chemical blending processes and quality assurance standards. They will also manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

- Minimum 8 years of experience in chemical process engineering, semiconductor chemical delivery systems, or data center cooling infrastructure
- Proven track record in managing large-scale technical projects
- In-depth knowledge of heat transfer fluids and their chemical/physical properties
- Familiarity with chemical analytical techniques
- Exceptional project management skills
- Problem-solving capability for complex failure analysis
