Sr. Design Manager,Chemistry/ Materials

Lead the strategic planning and execution of coolant-related initiatives while ensuring quality and compliance with environmental regulations. Oversee the development of chemical processes and manage supplier relationships to support data center growth.
Responsibilities
- Architect and lead strategic planning, execution, and management of all coolant-related initiatives
- Design, scale, and optimize chemical blending and dilution processes
- Establish rigorous Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure precise concentration, electronic-grade purity, and batch-to-batch consistency
- Define strict QC gate-keeping standards and establish and oversee the in-house laboratory
- Validate long-term interactions between coolants and infrastructure components and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for any material degradation, corrosion, or system failures
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related technical field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in chemical process engineering, semiconductor chemical delivery systems, or data center cooling infrastructure
- Proven track record in managing 'from-zero-to-one' facility setup or large-scale technical projects
