The Junior Graphic Designer will create engaging visuals for social media, ads, emailers, and website banners, while also designing brand assets and supporting visual storytelling for campaigns. They will contribute to evolving the brand identity and maintain design consistency across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Create scroll-stopping graphics for social media, ads, emailers, and website banners
- Design and edit brand assets including logos, product tags, and packaging labels
- Support in creating visual storytelling elements for campaigns and founder-led content
- Contribute to evolving our brand identity while maintaining design consistency across platforms
- Work on typography, layouts, and color schemes to match our aesthetic
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and adapt feedback into improved designs
Requirements
- 2-3+ year of experience in graphic design or a similar role
- Proficiency in graphic design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva
- Strong eye for detail, composition, and color
- Experience in logo design and branding
- Skills in typography and layout design
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team
- A portfolio showcasing your work in digital or branding design (required)
- Bachelorâs degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred
