A Visual Design Senior Analyst creates impactful graphics that are coherent and consistent while being impressively unique. This role involves leading junior designers and collaborating with lead roles in project planning, execution, and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Create impactful graphics that are coherent and consistent, yet unique
- Lead junior designers in the execution of projects
- Co-work with lead roles in planning, execution, and follow-up of projects
- Coach, client-facing, and delivery of projects
Requirements
- Language Skills: English and Spanish fluency
- Communication Skills: Good written and oral communication skills
- Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating aesthetic and strategically creative solutions
- Adaptability: Open-minded and flexible, with ability to adapt to change
- Accessibility: Understanding of visual design regarding accessibility variables
- Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile work cycles, Waterfall, and/or other methodologies
- Tools: Advanced knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and InDesign
- Microsoft Office: Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Mobile Design: Experience designing for mobile platforms
- OLA Products: Experience creating OLA products, including static, dynamic, and animated banners
- Data Visualization: Experience in data visualization and infographics development
- Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience in visual or graphic design
- UI/UX Solutions: Basic knowledge in UI/UX solutions, including UX, UI, User Interface, User Experience, Design Thinking, Interaction Design, and User Interface Design Patterns and Techniques
