Lead the end-to-end design process for 0->1 products, translating complex technical problems into intuitive user experiences. Collaborate with PMs and Engineering to define product roadmaps and maintain the company's design system.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design process for 0->1 products, balancing user experience, feasibility, and business needs
- Conduct user research to deeply understand users' needs and inform product strategy and design decisions
- Partner cross-functionally with PMs, Engineering, Data Science, and customer-facing teams to help define product direction and roadmap
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product design
- Experience designing for data-intensive, complex B2B workflows
- Ability to translate ambiguous and technical user needs to concrete requirements and intuitive design solutions
