Lead the development of marketing campaigns, collateral, and communication materials to align with brand identity. Create a variety of assets including brochures, email campaigns, banner ads, and interactive content for internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of campaigns, marketing collateral, and communication materials
  • Ensure every design aligns with the company's brand identity and resonates with the audience
  • Collaborate with teams to refine design processes and maintain the company's brand evolution
  • Work with designers, marketing coordinators, and managers to deliver impactful designs that meet business goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a focus/major in Graphic Design
  • 5+ years of design experience
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Advanced in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver
  • Proficient in After Effects and Premiere Pro
  • Experience in digital and print media
