Senior Digital Design Manager – Paid Media (All Genders)

The Senior Digital Design Manager will take ownership of creative performance across paid media, ensuring conceptual development and execution of campaigns. They will drive improvements in quality, speed, and effectiveness while managing end-to-end creative delivery.
Responsibilities
- Ensure conceptual development for paid media campaigns from brief to execution
- Proactively define creative directions, frameworks, and solutions
- Translate brand/channel goals and performance insights into scalable creative concepts
- Act as a creative decision-maker, confidently guiding stakeholders forward
Requirements
- Degree in Graphic Design, Media Design, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in digital design, paid media, or creative operations
- Proven strong experience in creative work for performance marketing channels
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and execution quality
