- Lead an end-to-end design process from problem definition to production delivery
- Conduct exploratory research, create user journey maps, and identify insights to inform the team's scope
- Conceptualize and design innovative solutions
- Develop highly functional user experience and stunning user interfaces
- Collaborate closely with product managers to build a user-centric product roadmap
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a product designer working on complex B2B software
- Experience designing agentic AI experiences
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing and leading the creation of innovative user-centric experiences
- Complete mastering of UI patterns, UX best practices, and graphic design principles applied to software design
