Senior Engineer, Mechanical Design Engineering
Wd 🇹🇭 Si Maha Phot, Si Maha Phot District, Thailand
The Senior Engineer will provide in-depth analysis for critical failures related to servo-mechanical issues and facilitate engineering evaluations on design changes. They will also lead task forces to address critical issues and ensure standardization across manufacturing sites.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-depth analysis for critical failures related to servo-mechanical issues
- Facilitate engineering evaluations on design changes, component revision rolls, process verifications, or deviations in materials or components
- Develop, maintain, and update a working knowledge of component technology, manufacturing methods, and parts application
- Participate in product and technology transfers between Designer and Manufacturing
- Provide team leadership in task-force and action teams in driving critical issues/failure
Requirements
- Fresh graduates or early career talent with 0-2 years of experience
- Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Working experience in the HDD or consumer electronics industries
- Knowledge of MS-office, SPC, Big data platform, Minitab, JMP data analysis, MATLAB, Solidworks, GD&T, DOE, Mechanical Drawing Interpretation, electro-mechanical troubleshooting
