The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy to strengthen the resortās brand positioning and drive revenue. This includes leading market planning, overseeing campaigns, managing marketing channels, and coordinating with various teams for brand alignment.

- Leading market planning
- Overseeing brand and promotional campaigns
- Managing digital and offline marketing channels
- Coordinating with regional and corporate teams to ensure brand alignment
- Analyzing market trends, guest insights, and competitive performance to optimize pricing, packages, and promotional activities
- Partnering closely with Sales, Revenue Management, Operations, and F&B teams to create integrated campaigns
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Marketing, Marketing Management, and Market Planning
- Proficiency in Market Research and market analysis
- Experience collaborating with Sales teams to align marketing campaigns with sales objectives
- Proven leadership experience in hospitality or travel marketing
- Demonstrated skills in digital marketing (including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and online reputation management)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field
