Lead the creative development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media for global education brands. Mentor junior designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic briefs into impactful visual solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creative development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns
- Translate strategic briefs and complex messaging into engaging, visually impactful creative solutions
- Champion creative excellence across all projects, ensuring work is innovative, effective, and aligned with client objectives
- Collaborate with Creative Directors, marketers, copywriters, and account teams to develop concepts that deliver measurable results
- Maintain and evolve client brand identities, ensuring consistency while identifying opportunities for creative innovation
- Present creative concepts and campaign ideas confidently to internal stakeholders and, where required, directly to clients
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Outstanding portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, creative leadership, and exceptional execution
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong understanding of branding, visual identity systems, typography, layout, storytelling, and user engagement
- Experience developing and leading creative concepts for integrated marketing campaigns
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
