The Senior Website UI/UX Designer will design intuitive and high-performing digital experiences across the web ecosystem. This role involves collaborating with various teams to create user-centered website experiences and evolve design systems.
Responsibilities
- Designing intuitive, scalable, and high-performing digital experiences across the web ecosystem
- Partnering closely with developers, marketers, brand teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to create user-centered website experiences
- Evolving design systems, supporting website redesign and migration initiatives, and transforming complex business and technical requirements into elegant, conversion-focused interfaces
- Leveraging AI-powered tools and workflows to improve creative efficiency, scalability, and quality
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in UI/UX digital web design
- Deep expertise in website UI/UX design, interaction design, responsive layouts, and modern digital experiences
- Proven experience supporting large-scale website redesigns, migrations, and digital modernization initiatives
- Strong experience creating scalable design systems, reusable UI patterns, and component libraries
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and modern collaborative design workflows
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, responsive design, and conversion-focused UX best practices
