Lead Product Designer (UX Research & Design Systems)
Resilient Co Remote (🇦🇷 Argentina)
Lead the evolution of the user experience strategy, focusing on UX Research and the development of scalable Design Systems for complex B2B products. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate user needs into high-fidelity designs and consistent experience standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the definition and evolution of the user experience strategy
- Understand user, customer, and stakeholder needs
- Design and execute UX research activities to validate hypotheses and product decisions
- Define design principles and best practices for consistent and scalable experiences
- Build, maintain, and evolve design systems
- Design flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-complexity experiences
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams
- Participate in customer conversations to understand needs and opportunities
- Analyze metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Lead the growth of the design practice from a technical leadership position
Requirements
- Previous experience leading UX or product design initiatives or teams
- Solid experience in UX research and user-centered methodologies
- Experience building and scaling design systems
- Background in UX/UI design and digital product design
- Experience working with B2B products, SaaS platforms, or complex environments
- Ability to translate research findings into product decisions
- Proficiency in Figma and collaborative design tools
- Knowledge of design thinking, lean UX, and agile methodologies
- Intermediate English level (B1+) or higher
- Excellent communication and influence skills
