Junior Product Designer

As a Junior Product Designer, you will support the creation of digital experiences and contribute to design systems. You will collaborate with various team members to deliver scalable digital products while learning from more experienced designers.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the design of user-centered digital products across web and app experiences
- Contributing to design systems using an atomic design approach
- Creating and maintaining components within Figma, with guidance from more senior designers
- Applying and understanding design tokens, theming, and modes
- Working with developers to understand how design systems are implemented in code
- Iterating designs based on feedback from designers, stakeholders, and user insight
Requirements
- Foundation in product, UI, or digital design
- Some experience creating or contributing to design systems or component libraries
- Familiarity with atomic design principles and how components scale across products
- Working knowledge of Figma, including components and auto-layout
- Interest in how design translates into real digital products
- Strong desire to learn, collaborate, and develop craft
