UX Designer for AI-powered Analytics

Lead end-to-end UX for analytics products, including customer journeys and interaction design. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define project scope and ensure quality through the development process.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX for analytics products
- Co-shape the Analytics design vision with Product and Tech Leads
- Drive experimentation and implementations of new AI-powered analytics solutions
- Plan and run discovery, research, and usability testing
- Design clear, trustworthy dashboards, data-heavy interfaces, and AI-powered insight generators
Requirements
- Master's degree in design or similar
- Proven experience in designing AI-enabled customer solutions
- AI-first approach to own toolchain and workflow
- Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies
- Excellent communication and visualization skills
