You will lead major projects, ensuring effective coordination and communication among teams while managing project scope and responsibilities. Your role will involve setting direction, clarifying objectives, and facilitating alignment among stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Sitting at the centre of major projects, working across cultural, civic, education, mixed-use, public-sector and large-scale global projects
- Helping create the structure that allows ambitious design to happen properly
- Setting direction early, clarifying scope, mapping responsibilities, building sensible programmes, coordinating teams, and managing information flow
Requirements
- Experience within a respected design practice or similarly complex project environment
- Strong grounding across RIBA stages 0-4/5
- Meaningful coordination or leadership responsibility on substantial projects or packages
- Confidence around programmes, DRMs, risk, change, tender information and stakeholder management
- The communication skills to represent a project well internally and externally
