Lead and manage the architectural design process for large-scale Data Centre projects, ensuring design intent is effectively translated into construction execution. Coordinate with various stakeholders to resolve design-related issues and ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
Responsibilities
- Leading and managing the architectural design process from concept to construction stage
- Coordinating closely with consultants, clients, and internal teams to ensure design compliance with project requirements, codes, and standards
- Reviewing and validating architectural drawings, specifications, and technical submissions
- Acting as the key interface between design and site teams, ensuring smooth coordination and timely resolution of design-related issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in architectural design and coordination within the construction industry
- Proven experience working on Data Centre or mission-critical projects
- Strong technical knowledge in architectural detailing, materials, and construction practices
- Hands-on experience in site coordination and resolving design issues during construction stage
