Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing electronics design team
- Set clear objectives, manage performance, and conduct regular appraisals
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top engineering talent
- Spearhead the planning and execution of electronics design projects
- Liaise closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electronic systems
- Oversee risk management procedures, design verification processes, and ensure robust documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or a closely related field
- At least 3 years of experience in electronics design and development
- Proven track record in managing complex projects
- Expertise in analogue and digital circuit design, PCB layout, and embedded firmware development
