Product Designer

The Product Designer is responsible for the end-to-end design process of online business banking platforms, from research and conception to UI/UX and testing. They collaborate with agile teams to evolve the product roadmap and advocate for the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Support the design of digital experiences for responsive web and mobile platforms
- Translate user insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to clarify design intent and ensure feasibility
- Participate in co-creation sessions, usability testing, and design reviews
- Contribute to the documentation and communication of design decisions
- Ensure alignment with accessibility and inclusive design principles
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in design or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in digital product environments
- Ability to communicate designs to stakeholders and other designers
- Experience working in agile teams and familiarity with product development cycles
- Proficiency with tools like Figma, MURAL, and Confluence
- Strong communication skills and openness to feedback
