Graphic Designer - Email

The Graphic Designer will focus on email creation, testing, and development, as well as web and social communications. This role involves managing multiple design projects and producing high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Produce high volumes of emails utilizing Adobe InDesign and a drag and drop HTML email editor
- General graphic design layout and other potential creative executions across web, digital and print
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet all deadlines
- Develop creative assets and other visual elements for email content
- Seek opportunities to improve email design strategies and processes
- Stay up to date on current email design trends and best practices
- Maintain brand consistency through all communications
- Keep cognizant of overall Marketing and Business objectives with each project
- Work with many stakeholders through proofing process, translating given product offer information into functional email deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 2+ years of experience in email or digital production
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign
- Proficiency in MacOS, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
- Basic knowledge of HTML preferred
- Experience with retail marketing or advertising preferred
- Retail email marketing experience is a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage changing priorities and workloads
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and outcomes
