Lead and develop the Development Quality function within North America, ensuring robust quality processes throughout the product development lifecycle. Act as a key interface between Development, Program Management, Operations, Suppliers, and Customers.
Responsibilities
- Leading and further developing the Development Quality function
- Driving compliance with automotive standards and customer-specific requirements
- Acting as key interface between Development, Program Management, Operations, Suppliers, and Customers
- Coordinating quality planning activities
- Supporting customer audits, assessments, and technical reviews
- Driving root cause analysis and corrective actions for development-related quality issues
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background
- 7+ years of experience in automotive development quality, engineering, program management, or related functions
- Strong understanding of automotive development processes for electronics and/or software products
- Experience with automotive core tools and quality methodologies
- Knowledge of ASPICE, Functional Safety, and systems/software development processes
