Responsibilities
- Own product design end-to-end for Fun
- Create well-executed design concepts and solutions for consumer-facing fintech applications
- Design deposit and withdrawal flows that adapt, convert, and feel native
- Collaborate with frontend engineers to drive conversion and unlock user growth
- Deliver design concepts and solutions that equip teams and ministries to further the company's mission
- Stay up to date with industry trends, AI advancements, and best practices in product design
Requirements
- 6+ years of product or interaction design experience, with some of that at staff or lead level
- Experience designing consumer-facing financial or crypto products
- Mastery of Figma and component-based design systems
- A portfolio that demonstrates both craft and thinking
- Strong grasp of motion design and how animation enhances usability
- Comfortable collaborating directly with frontend engineers
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a particular focus on visual detail
