Senior Design Manager

Lead and manage all design activities to ensure timely delivery in line with project schedules. Oversee the development, coordination, and quality assurance of BIM models, ensuring accuracy and integration across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative design solutions, supported by clear and comprehensive documentation.
• Establish and enforce standardized design procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across all project stages.
• Review and approve project documentation, including reports, drawings, specifications, and calculations, ensuring compliance with required standards.
• Oversee the development, coordination, and quality assurance of BIM models, ensuring accuracy and integration across disciplines.
• Define and maintain effective communication protocols between all project stakeholders to minimize errors and close coordination gaps.
• Identify, assess, and resolve design issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage and coordinate internal teams and external disciplines on design and BIM-related activities.
• Plan, organize, and participate in meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to support project objectives.
• Drive proactive coordination with all stakeholders to deliver high-quality, consistent design and presentation outputs.
