Responsibilities
- Lead product development from concept through production, creating cohesive tabletop collections.
- Translate inspirations into production-ready designs, including patterns, decals, and mockups.
- Manage color consistency and material execution across ceramics, textiles, and mixed media.
- Partner with overseas vendors to ensure products are delivered on time, on spec, and on margin.
- Maintain development timelines, troubleshoot production challenges, and manage workflows.
- Support packaging design and collaborate on assortment planning and product flow.
- Work cross-functionally with design, sales, operations, and marketing to align on product strategy.
- Communicate with manufacturers and travel periodically for product reviews and trade shows.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in product development or product design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience creating artwork for product applications (patterns, print, or surface design).
- Understanding of materials and production processes, ideally in ceramics or textiles.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
