Lead Product Designer
Xplor Technologies Remote (🇺🇸 Dallas, Texas, United States of America)
As a Lead Product Designer, you will lead the design strategy for Xplor Pay and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision and design direction. You will also integrate AI-powered prototyping tools and engage across the entire design process from concept to launch.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design strategy for Xplor Pay
- Collaborate with the CPO and cross-functional teams to define product vision and design direction
- Integrate AI-powered prototyping tools and methodologies into the product design lifecycle
- Engage across the entire design process, from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and integrate user feedback into design iterations
- Communicate design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders effectively
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX Design
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful UX/UI solutions for complex web and mobile applications
- Experience in a Lead or Senior role is highly preferred
- Mastery of design tools such as Figma
- Proficient in creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, research questions, and user surveys
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, information architecture, design systems, and interaction design patterns
