Lead the design strategy for Xplor Pay payment solutions, ensuring alignment between business goals and user needs. Integrate AI-powered prototyping tools into the design lifecycle and collaborate with the CPO to define the product vision.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design strategy for Xplor Pay
- Collaborate with the CPO and cross-functional teams to define product vision and design direction
- Integrate AI-powered prototyping tools and methodologies into the product design lifecycle
- Engage across the entire design process, from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX Design
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful UX/UI solutions
- Mastery of design tools such as Figma and Design Thinking
- Proficient in creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, research questions, and user surveys
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, information architecture, design systems, and interaction design patterns
