Intermediate UX Designer

As an Intermediate Consultant in UX Design, you will work with colleagues and client SMEs to define user and business problems, guiding collaborative ideation and following an iterative design cycle. You will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while collaborating closely with developers to ensure designs meet user needs.
Responsibilities
- Work with colleagues and client SMEs to define user and business problems
- Guide collaborative ideation and follow an iterative, evidence-based design cycle
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that solve specific user problems
- Use and contribute to design systems to ensure consistency and quality across digital products
- Participate in user research sessions and translate findings into design iterations
- Facilitate design workshops and "crits" to gather feedback and align the team on the best creative direction
Requirements
- Experience in UX/UI design within an Agile delivery environment
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- A strong portfolio demonstrating design process and finished products
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and how to apply them
