The designer will lead the visual execution for new beauty electronic devices and IP collaborations, ensuring consistency across various platforms. Responsibilities include developing visual directions, managing packaging production, and collaborating with regional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop visual directions for new products and IP collaborations, including KV, color systems, typography, and layout frameworks
- Design packaging layouts and produce production-ready files (dielines, bleed/safe areas, print specifications)
- Recommend materials and finishing options such as matte or soft-touch lamination, foil stamping, spot UV, emboss/deboss
- Manage sampling, color proofing, revisions, and supplier communication to ensure manufacturable outcomes
- Design landing pages, product pages/modules, banners, and social assets aligned with brand standards and conversion goals
Requirements
- 5+ years (or equivalent) experience in brand or product visual design
- Proven hands-on experience in packaging production, including OEM workflows, print specifications, sampling, and supplier communication
- Strong Traditional Chinese typography with exceptional attention to hierarchy, spacing, and readability
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma
- Fluent in English for daily collaboration with regional teams
