Lead the end-to-end design of data-rich B2B products, including dashboards and analytics interfaces, within the marketing and social analytics ecosystem. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate complex data into intuitive user experiences and maintain a scalable design system.
Responsibilities
- Own UX strategy for a core product area
- Translate business goals, technical constraints, and user needs into clear experience principles and design direction
- Partner with Product Management to influence roadmap priorities
- Design end-to-end user experiences for data-intensive B2B products
- Drive iterative, data-informed design decisions aligned with agile development cycles
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in UX or Product Design
- Strong focus on B2B, data-rich, or platform products
- Proven experience designing complex products and solving ambiguous, multi-dimensional usability challenges
Benefits
- Market-based & data-driven approach to compensation
- Salary range: $145,000 - $165,000 OTE
