Responsible for conceiving, designing, and optimizing a product from end to end within the Staffing team. The goal is to ensure the product is user-friendly while remaining profitable and viable for the business.
Responsibilities
- Concebir, diseñar y optimizar productos desde el principio hasta el final
- Asegurar que los productos sean fáciles de usar para las personas y rentables para el negocio
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in industries like Banca, Retail, Salud or Telecomunicaciones
- Formación Académica en: Diseño (gráfico o industrial), Psicología, Comunicación, Bibliotecología, Publicidad, Sociología, Antropología
- Design Thinking
- Manejo de herramientas como Figma
- Lean UX
- Diseño centrado en el usuario
- Metodología Agile (deseable)
- Investigación de usuarios
- Arquitectura de la información
- Diseño de interfaces
- Prototipado
- Diseño de interacción
- Conocimientos de HTML, CSS (deseable)
