Lead the global UX vision for digital products and manage a team of three senior UX designers. Orchestrate the design of fluid and accessible user journeys for a major French bank.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrating the conception of fluid, accessible, and coherent digital experiences
- Leading a team of UX designers and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Defining and ensuring the quality of user journeys, from research to prototype validation
- Structuring and animating UX workshops
- Collaborating with product managers to align user needs with business objectives
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in UX Design, with significant experience in lead or management roles
- Mastery of UX design methods, from user research to design and testing
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Maze, Miro, and Notion
- Strong understanding of accessibility and design system principles
- Experience in agile and collaborative environments
