The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visual concepts that inspire and engage audiences while ensuring a consistent brand presence across all materials. This includes collaborating with various team members and enhancing existing designs while adhering to brand guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Meeting with internal/external clients and project managers to define business goals and requirements
- Collaborating with the Creative Lead, Account Manager, Copywriters, Motion Designers, and Stylists
- Enhancing existing designs while adhering to brand guidelines (print, web, etc.)
- Creating new concepts and creative proposals
- Designing visuals for both print (prepress-ready) and digital channels
- Working with AI tools for generating, optimizing, and adapting visual content
- Preparing files for print (prepress) according to various formats and materials
- Conducting quality checks before final delivery (proofreading and prepress check)
- Adhering to deadlines and budget constraints
- Maintaining a consistent visual style across all materials
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in an advertising agency or creative studio
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
- Excellent skills in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
- Strong understanding of typography and print preparation (prepress)
- Knowledge of and interest in AI design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT, etc.) – considered an advantage
- Strong attention to detail when finalizing designs
- Effective communication skills for working with teams and clients
- Good time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Eye for adaptive and modern design
- Interest in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
