Onsite $60,000 - $80,000 Full-time Mid-level

Design end-to-end experiences for web and mobile products, from user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity UI specifications. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the design process.

Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end experiences for web and mobile products, from flows and wireframes to high-fidelity UI specifications
  • Work collaboratively with product squads, participating in kickoff meetings and contributing to decision-making
  • Map user journeys, identify experience gaps, and develop clear and actionable design proposals
  • Deliver Figma designs that are ready for development, with clear annotations, edge case coverage, and alignment with the Design System
  • Apply the Fluidra Design System consistently, and identify potential gaps or inconsistencies
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, engineering, and QA, maintaining quality until final delivery
  • Provide design support for QA, reviewing implemented screens against specifications to ensure quality
  • Communicate design decisions clearly to product and technical stakeholders, with a focus on user-centered design

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in digital product design
  • Solid foundation in UX, with experience working on flows, wireframes, and interaction
  • Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and variables
  • Experience working with Design Systems, and contributing to their evolution
  • Ability to work in different product contexts and adapt to changing priorities
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to explain design decisions to non-designers
  • Analytical mindset, with an openness to data-driven design approaches
  • English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
