Lead the complete product design process from inception to execution, creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user experiences. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to transform ideas into design-driven solutions that resonate with users globally.
Responsibilities
- Lead the complete product design process from inception to execution
- Deeply understand business objectives and user needs, collaborating closely with product, development, and marketing teams
- Independently deliver key design artifacts including user flows, information architecture, wireframes, interaction design, high-fidelity visual mockups, and prototypes
- Spearhead the design of growth-oriented products or marketing initiatives to improve user conversion and engagement rates
- Work collaboratively with UX research, UX writing, and brand teams to collectively shape the overall design vision for the business domain
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in consumer-facing internet product design
- Strong visual design skills, an eye for aesthetics, with a keen sensitivity to detail
- Experience designing for growth products, user conversion flows, and user acquisition/retention mechanisms
- Proficient in user experience design methodologies, with a deep understanding and practical experience in user research, A/B testing, and usability testing
- Strong cross-team collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to drive projects to completion while balancing user experience with business goals
